Cybersecurity in 2025: CyberGlobal’s Growth & Results

cybersecurity 2025

Table of Contents

In 2025, we’ve watched cyber-attacks grow not just in number, but in complexity, and some of the worst were powered by artificial intelligence. Phishing emails look more convincing, scams are harder to spot, and some deepfakes are so realistic that some companies have lost millions because of them.

But AI itself isn’t the threat. The real risk lies in how it’s used. In the wrong hands, it can cause crippling financial and reputational damage. But in the right ones, it becomes a powerful shield.

At CyberGlobal, we’ve made it our goal to use artificial intelligence to help you protect what you value most. We’ve built smart tools that perform complete security audits faster, more thoroughly, and more accurately.

And we pair that technology with something even more powerful, people.

Real cybersecurity professionals who are certified, experienced, and deeply invested in keeping your business safe. Together, we’re not just reacting to threats, we’re proactively working to prevent them before they cause serious harm.

Let’s look at what we’ve built so far.

CyberGlobal’s 2025 Growth Overview

In 2025, we conducted approximately 2,500 security assessments. Our engineers collectively spent over 5,000 days identifying and validating vulnerabilities through penetration testing services across internal and external infrastructure, web and mobile applications, cloud environments, and more.

In cybersecurity, strong results are driven not only by technology, but by how that technology is applied. Our engineers hold highly respected industry certifications, including NIS2 DirectiveCRESTNATO Top Secret, and ISO/IEC 27001.

“This greatly contributed to the results we achieved this year, because people are an important part of a good security strategy.” – Andrei Pusoiu

We helped organizations across a wide range of industries identify vulnerabilities and strengthen security around what they value the most.

We have also expanded globally through our MSP program, with franchisees in the United StatesMEAAfricaAustralia, and Europe. Each new location represents a milestone in our mission to deliver enterprise-level, affordable cybersecurity services to businesses of all sizes.

Industries We’ve Served this Year

Throughout the years, we’re seen that cybercriminals do not target a single industry. Businesses of all sizes and across all sectors have fallen victim to devastating attacks, reminding us that cybersecurity cannot be postponed or overlooked. It must be embedded into a business’s daily operations.

In 2025, we supported a wide range of industries, with the highest number of clients coming from the technology, finance and banking, and IT sectors. Through our assessments, we identified critical vulnerabilities and helped these clients enhance their overall digital security posture.

Among all industries assessed, government organizations presented the highest concentration of critical and high-risk vulnerabilities. These organizations work with large amounts of sensitive data, and any successful attack can lead to significant operational disruption, which makes them prime targets for cybercriminals.

Vulnerabilities Identified

Our engineers have identified a substantial number of security issues across client environments.

So far, we have delivered more than 1,000 assessment reports and uncovered over 5,000 vulnerabilities. Many of our partners return year after year, and in these cases, we observe significant improvements in their overall security posture. At the same time, we continue to work with new clients, where initial findings are often more concerning.

Across our engagements, we typically see two scenarios:

  • 70% of businesses request penetration testing focused on a specific area. This may include internal or external infrastructure, internal networks, internet-facing services, or applications. We test mobile applications, web applications both internal and external, and cloud environments to identify security weaknesses.
  • 30% of clients are still exploring their security needs or responding to compliance requirements. In these cases, we work together to define an appropriate security approach, reviewing both technical controls and human practices, and often identifying gaps in access management, asset visibility, and regular security reviews.

Client Success Stories

Our professional experience is reflected in the real-world cases we’ve handled. To protect our clients’ privacy, their identities will remain confidential. But next, we’ll present several case studies that highlight our successful delivery of penetration testing services.

Health Sector Case Study: Pen testing Web Application and Services

Cybercriminals often target the health sector, which is why regular security checks are mandatory for any business operating in this industry. Our engineers worked with a healthcare organization to review its digital systems.

Over four weeks, the team examined several internal applications used by both staff and patients. The assessment uncovered multiple security weaknesses, including issues with how users logged in and how access was controlled. One key finding showed that patient accounts could be exposed through automated attacks due to an overly simple login process.

By enhancing authentication, limiting automated access, and improving system design, the client significantly reduced risk and improved its security.

Securing Software Firms with CyberGlobal Expertise

A software firm partnered with CyberGlobal to enhance their defenses through a focused security assessment. Over six days, our professionals reviewed both internal and external systems to understand how well the company was handling real-world threats.

The assessment covered dozens of servers and applications, and revealed several areas that needed improvement, particularly around access controls, system configurations, and data protection.

The team worked closely with the client to apply customized improvements, including tightening network access, strengthening identity controls, and updating outdated components.

Product Breakthrough & Service Innovation

Because cyber risks continue to grow, we saw an opportunity to use artificial intelligence to make security assessments faster, more accessible, and more effective. The result is Pentix.ai, an AI-powered pen test agent, designed to help businesses understand their security posture better.

Pentix combines the speed of modern AI with the expertise behind professional penetration testing. Instead of relying only on time-consuming manual checks, the platform continuously scans systems to identify potential weaknesses early. This approach enables businesses to respond to risks more quickly and with greater confidence.

Looking Forward to 2026

In the next year, we can expect the number of cyberattacks to rise by 25–30%. Deepfakes and phishing attacks are becoming so realistic that they’re almost impossible to tell apart from genuine communications, making them harder to spot and avoid.

But at the same time, we see significant opportunities to further enhance our security tools through the responsible use of AI. However, technology can never reach its full potential without skilled professionals who understand how to apply it effectively and ethically.

Our greatest strength at CyberGlobal lies in our people.

Our is driven by a dedicated team of experienced engineers and security specialists who consistently deliver effective results. Having served top 500 companies, our experts now provide the same enterprise-grade services to small businesses, tailored to their budgets.

Looking forward, we anticipate increased business growth as we continue to expand our service portfolio. This includes the continued growth of our SOC, Incident Response and Forensics services, Cyber Threat Intelligence including dark web monitoring, and a rapidly expanding GRC practice.

These services will also be available as standalone offerings, providing greater flexibility for our clients.

By 2026, we plan to expand into new markets, including Bulgaria, Moldova, Finland, the Benelux region, and Japan. We aim to cover at least 12 new active locations worldwide, supporting our broader goal of achieving 200 locations by 2023.

We predict a period of strong growth, both in advanced technology and in real human expertise, and here’s where you can make a difference.

This year, we launched a crowdfunding campaign to support the expansion of our services across the US market. Our growth means more US businesses, big or small, can rely on strong cybersecurity support when they need it most.

Help us make a difference.
